Chinese restaurants behind market stalls in Ladies Market

Here we see a stall just in the preparation of setting up. The iron work framework, canvas and lights have been assembled. Now the trolleys of goods arrive from nearby flats and shops which are used as warehouses during the night. Well cover to avoid damage as they are pushed through the streets the trolleys will be unloaded now and then reloaded in the late evening.

Behind the stall you can see the front of a Chinese restaurant.  Later in the day the view of this will be almost entirely blocked.
